Terms & Conditions

Automotive

These terms apply to all automotive services provided by AWC PPF LTD, including but not limited to Paint Protection Film (PPF), detailing, and ceramic coatings.

  1. Deposits & Payment
  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and purchase materials.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance is payable in full on completion when the vehicle is collected.
  • Vehicles will not be released until payment has been received.
  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
  • Your deposit will be transferred to a new date.
  • Deposits remain non-refundable in the event of a full cancellation.
  1. Vehicle Condition
  • AWC PPF LTD is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, including stone chips, scratches, paint imperfections, corrosion, trim damage, or glass defects.
  • Some defects may not be visible until work has begun and may become apparent during cleaning, polishing, or installation.
  • Vehicles with older paint or previous respray work carry an increased level of risk, which is accepted by the customer.
  • If your vehicle is fitted with existing PPF and removal is required, this is performed at the customer’s request and risk. While reasonable care and industry standard methods are used, we accept no liability for any paint or clear coat damage, lifting, or defects, particularly on vehicles with non-factory paint, repainted panels, or prior repairs.
  1. Warranties & Aftercare
  • Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms.
  • Our installation warranty covers issues directly related to the application of our services for 12 months from the date of installation.
  • Incorrect washing, harsh chemicals, pressure washing, or neglect is not covered.
  • Customers must follow all aftercare instructions provided.
  1. Collection
  • Vehicles should be collected at the agreed time unless otherwise arranged.
  • Storage charges may apply for late collection.
  1. Acceptance

By confirming a booking, paying a deposit, or authorising work to proceed, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Property

These terms apply to all services provided by AWC PPF LTD, including the supply and installation of window films for residential and commercial properties.

  1. Deposits & Payment
  • A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking and to cover material costs.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance is payable in full on completion of the installation.
  • Payment is due on the day unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your appointment.
  • Deposits may be transferred to a new booking date.
  • Deposits remain non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  1. Glass Condition & Suitability
  • AWC Property Tinting cannot be held responsible for pre-existing defects in glass, frames, seals, or surrounding areas, including scratches, chips, cracks, failed seals, or manufacturing defects.
  • Customers acknowledge that some defects may not be visible prior to installation and may become apparent once fully cleaned and film is applied.
  1. Warranties & Aftercare
  • Any warranty offered on window films is provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Our installation warranty covers issues directly related to the application of our services for 12 months from the date of installation. Improper cleaning methods, abrasive materials, or chemical damage is not covered.
  • Customers must follow all aftercare advice provided.
  1. Access & Completion
  • Clear access to windows must be provided at the agreed time.
  • AWC cannot be held responsible for delays caused by restricted access or site conditions outside our control.
  1. Acceptance

By confirming a booking, paying a deposit, or instructing AWC PPF LTD to proceed with work, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Marine

 These terms apply to all services provided by AWC PPF LTD, including marine paint protection film, marine window tinting, ceramic coatings, and related surface protection services for luxury vessels, whether carried out on or off the water.

  1. Deposits & Payment
  • A 25% deposit is required to secure all bookings and to cover materials ordered specifically for your vessel.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • The remaining balance is payable in full on completion of the work.
  • Payment must be received prior to the vessel being released or returned to service.
  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible.
  • Deposits may be transferred to a new date.
  • Deposits remain non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
  1. Vessel Condition & Pre-Existing Defects
  • AWC Marine cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, including but not limited to gelcoat imperfections, paint defects, oxidation, stress cracking, corrosion, seal failure, or previous repairs.
  • Customers acknowledge that certain defects may not be visible prior to work commencing and may become apparent during cleaning, preparation, polishing, or installation.
  • Older vessels or previously repaired surfaces may carry a higher level of risk, which is accepted by the customer.
  1. Warranties & Aftercare
  • Any product warranties are provided by XPEL and are subject to their terms and maintenance requirements.
  • Our installation warranty covers issues directly related to the application of our services for 12 months from the date of installation. Not covering damages caused by misuse, accidents or improper care of the vessel.
  • Customers agree to follow all aftercare guidance provided by AWC Marine, including curing times and cleaning procedures.
  1. Access, Environment & Delays
  • Safe and suitable access to the vessel must be provided at the agreed time.
  • Work schedules may be affected by weather, tides, marina restrictions, or site conditions beyond our control.
  • AWC Marine cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from such conditions.
  1. Acceptance

By confirming a booking, paying a deposit, or authorising work to proceed, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
